Wonderfully Wood – Return & Refund Policy

At Wonderfully Wood, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into every product we make. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.

1. Returns

We accept returns on most standard items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • You can provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).

To start a return, please email hello@wonderfullywood.co.uk with your order details and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by transit.

  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will either:

  • Offer a replacement (where possible), or

  • Provide a full refund, including any delivery costs.

4. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Bespoke and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they are damaged or faulty upon arrival.
We take extra care to confirm all details with you before crafting bespoke pieces, so please double-check all specifications before approving your order.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (following the steps above) and place a new order.
