Ecommerce Terms of Sale

1. Ordering

When you place an order with Wonderfully Wood, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between you and Wonderfully Wood will only be formed once we dispatch your item(s).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product unavailability
Pricing or description errors
Payment issues

If your order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded in full.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are added at checkout based on delivery location and item weight.

Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure checkout. We accept all major debit and credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver mainly within the United Kingdom. International orders may be arranged on request.

Delivery times vary depending on the product and location. Estimated delivery times are provided on the product page but are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for any delays caused by postal or courier services.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

In summary:

Standard (non-bespoke) items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days of receipt of the returned goods.

5. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Bespoke and made-to-order items are created specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

We confirm all specifications with you before production begins. It is your responsibility to check all details carefully before final approval.

We take great care to ensure our product descriptions, images, and measurements are accurate. However, as our items are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, grain, or finish may occur.
These variations are part of the natural beauty of handmade wooden items and do not constitute defects.
