Wonderfully Wood – Shipping Policy

At Wonderfully Wood, every item is carefully handmade, packed with care, and sent to you as quickly and safely as possible. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, and costs for all orders placed through our website.


1. Where We Ship

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

We also welcome international or bespoke shipping requests — please contact us at hello@wonderfullywood.co.uk before ordering for a custom delivery quote.


2. Processing Times

  • Standard items: Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

  • Bespoke or made-to-order items: These take longer to create. Estimated dispatch times will be confirmed at the time of order, usually between 2–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

We’ll email you once your order has been dispatched, including any tracking details if available.


3. Delivery Times

After dispatch, most UK orders arrive within:

  • 2–4 working days via Royal Mail or our chosen courier service.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, weather conditions).


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are included within your price.


5. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Where possible, we use tracked delivery services. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
If you are not available to receive your parcel, the courier or postal service will leave a card or notification with instructions for redelivery or collection.


6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@wonderfullywood.co.uk.
We’ll do our best to track your parcel and resolve the issue promptly.

Please allow up to 10 working days from the dispatch date before reporting a lost parcel, as occasional courier or postal delays can occur.


7. Damaged Parcels

We take great care in our packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.


8. International Orders

We can ship internationally upon request.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may apply in their country.
